💬 Why I Teach Every Client the F.R.E.E.D.O.M. Tapping Method

Every client I work with learns my unique form of tapping—called F.R.E.E.D.O.M.

It stands for: Freedom and Release of Emotional and Energetic Disturbances Or Mental blocks.

This isn’t just another technique. It’s a fusion of the most effective tapping approaches I’ve studied over the years with some of the true masters in the field—refined into a simple, flexible system you can use anytime, anywhere.

Why do I teach it first? Because emotional triggers and stress don’t wait for your next session. I want you to have a reliable tool in your own hands, so when something arises, you’re not stuck—you’re empowered.

Tapping is so simple, I even taught it to my 5-year-old son. And like learning a new language, it starts with the basics: “How do I calm down?” “Where is this feeling coming from?” “What can I release right now?”

Those phrases—the emotional equivalents of “Where’s the bus stop?”—will take you far.

💫 What Is Tapping (EFT)?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), or “tapping,” is a simple tool where you gently tap specific points on the body—similar to acupuncture points—while focusing on what’s bothering you.

This calms the nervous system, balances your energy, and helps release the emotional charge behind fears, trauma, grief, and even physical tension.
